So here’s the situation.

I can’t login into the TS website.

So what did I do…?

Looks like my account has been disabled.

So here’s the story:

I started playing here in DG around the month of April, after a few days when I started playing, my brother was interested in PvP.
He made his own account which was Minato Namikaze, I actually warned him that it’s against the rules…but he’s kinda stubborn so… he still registered and leveled up, played with it, earn some stuff, etc.

After some time, he got bored and stopped playing, which was a few months ago.

Now he just reminded me that I should transfer all his DP and commands to my account, Flandre Scarlett.
So I went to the TS website and transferred it.

When I came to the server, I suddenly can’t chat, do other commands and I only have /help, /motd, /aliases, and some other command.
Actually, I’ve been asking A68 if he can delete my other accounts, but he said only Rofle can.
I’ve been trying to message Rofle, but due to my slow net speed, I can’t PM, post on his wall, and even message at the shoutbox, and he’s kinda inactive in-game, BUT I can post on threads for some reason. ?-?

It’s obvious that my account hasn’t been deleted because my permabuffs are still active, and I can still use the RoD.

So, I really need help here. I know my words aren’t enough proof but I really want to play again.

If you need more clarifications, just ask.

P.S I want to ask Rofle why I’m not earning any DP or XP anymore since the 1.3 update.

Well one reason you might not be gaining XP could be that you can’t gain anything whilst on the 7777 port. Join the same IP address but with 7778 as the port. If that’s not the answer to it, it’s probably the account disabling.

You cannot simply merge two accounts by taking most of the stuff from account B and sending it to account A. That is suspicious behaviour, and means that only one of the accounts is actually “real”. You are giving an account more than it can possible get on its own.

Alright then… so what do I need to do now? I just want to get the other account deleted or maybe an account reset would do. I wouldn’t mind starting from scratch again.

Most likely, yes. It’s good that the Forum accounts are seperate to the TS accounts, otherwise you would’ve been stuck…
