Well I notice that my character is locked (Noxedus the same as my username) and I think it’s because I changed PC and we changed my home router with a different IP because the other one stopped working.

I don’t know if that’s the reason for the problem and I didn’t know how to report it, that’s why I’m posting here, I’ll be waiting for help. :frowning:
