There are two ways to get crew:

  1. Go to dtp.dark-gaming.com and link your Steam account with it. (If you’ve purchased Terraria on GOG, mobile, etc, you can’t do this).
  2. Vote for the servers for 40 days to get the 2 credits necessary to get Crew.

and i already linked and nothing happend and i have 256 hours on terraria

Its hours you were on Dark Gaming, most likely. You need to stay in the server, not the vanilla game.
