My first few guesses because they’re some of the most typical:

If you’re on mobile, you won’t be able to connect to PvE at all.
If you’re on a Journey Mode character, get off the Journey Mode character.

Unless you or some staff member deleted your first post, you should be able to browse the “Activity” tab in your account to find your first post.
Indeed, I think it is your first post.
