If you cannot join:
IP: t.dark-gaming.com
Port: 7777

then try instead:
IP: t2.dark-gaming.com
Port: 7777

If you go to https://t.dark-gaming.com in a web browser, does it show a security error? Or does it show something else?

Then this would point to that your router/firewall is not allowing you to connect on ports such as 7777, but only standard ones like 443 and 80. Either your PC or whoever configured your router needs to unblock it I would think.

This could be something like Terraria on your PC not being allowed to access the internet, your PC’s firewall or your router’s firewall.

Most people don’t have it blocked by default. Check that Terraria is allowed on your PC’s firewall first, it could be blocked accidentally.

If you can visit this page: http://t.dark-gaming.com:7885/ in your web browser then I would say that Terraria is probably not allowed in your PC’s firewall.
