Also, you can exit by dashing to the top-left ice block, then holding jump immediately after.
Takes some practice, but it’s not too hard to pull off.

Pretty sure this is a glitch with Tabi, I’ve been able to squeeze through one-block spaces before as well

If you have enough horizontal velocity, you can squeeze through a vertical gap of 1 block. It’s an old glitch.

Ah, the Quirky Pool Cult lives on. Teledash and Tabi both work perfectly for getting in and out, and I believe Mages with Spectre Boots running at top speed can get in but not out.

Mages have Crystal Asassain Armour, so PC mages can dash in and out.
