Hi I want to know is it true that I have to vote the server for 40 days to spawn bosses in survival or did I get trolled I still will vote server

Yes. You need crew to spawn bosses. One way of getting it is using 2 credits. Voting gives you 0.5 credits. So you need to vote 40 times to get 2 credits

Note: you can also get crew if you have Terraria on steam.
