I just make a blacklist helpdesk before but if theres something wrong where can i see previous helpdesk or im just gonna wait for the notifications. Im really new here, thanks.

You can check what you send under the “Messages” tab, in “My Posts”

Messages are disabled in TL0 however, so you gotta use the following tab instead to find your messages
