How to get the text to a Phase link

Preamble

It happens when you are banned that your ban reason contains text like https://phase.dark-gaming.com/#messageref_70126161 or messageref_XXXXXXXX or Spam (XXXXXXXX, ...) or someone links to Phase. Often it is asked how to get the text

Instructions

1. open Phase in your web browser.
   
   
2. Log in with your username and password
   
   
3. Enter the link (if necessary pad the link to the form https://phase.dark-gaming.com/#messageref_XXXXXXXX into General chat (Due to a bug creating discussions is impossible ATM)
   
   
4. Click the link

I would’ve mentioned that anyone is capable of making their own phase discussion for the purpose of something like this but that feature seems to be disabled/not working currently.
