How to avoid accidentally "double posting"

Of course, you cannot double post on this forum because it will edit your last post. Either way, this is a way to avoid a spammy looking post with double of something.

This was a short-cut I put in for myself as I found it much easier to post quickly with it and it also stops you from sending the same message twice!

While using the “Post Reply” text-box, simply use “ctrl+enter” to post. Even if you spammed it, it will only send it once. Of course I’ll have to edit the normal way to do a similar thing. I have found however that this may not work if you are using some version of IE around 9 or Under. I think it is the lower-versions of 9 however this may just be my school blocking it somehow. If you’re using Firefox/Opera/Chrome/Safari it should work fine.

Once hitting ctrl+enter the text-box will turn greyish meaning that it is sending, the page will refresh once the response has come back that it is posted.
Try it on this thread!

We should have a thread thing instead of posting thing. For example, people always look at the recent threads instead of looking at any on the application page or something. It pushes them off, and people then stop looking at them. This could make many applications tough to pass.

Nice new feature.

A new update has been released that avoids “double posts”. It checks the last time the post was edited and checks if its more than 5 seconds ago.
