there is a kind of command which set houses in survival (areas which just you can build and destroy on it), but I don’t know how to use!

Then use /house define “house name” and follow the directions it gives.
A corner is marked by any sort of tile edit. Placing a wire, ice rod, breaking grass, hitting a wall with a hammer, etc.
Try defining your house a few times. If it’s the wrong size use /house delete and try again.
