I have forgotten the password that I used for my account, so I am unable to log in to the Trading System. Is there a way for me to factory-reset things and start fresh?

You can’t delete it under those conditions
What you can do tho is just create a new account if it lets you, Else if it displays something about you already having an account, You can try resetting your password : Account Management Guide
