What exactly are you referring to on the server?

If you are on mobile, you cannot open the loadout chests in PVP and PVE.

Registering for the forum doesn’t change anything in-game
If you are having some issue with opening the chests in the Items dimension, check that they have a label; if they do and you still can’t open them, try closing and reopening your Terraria. This happens to me occasionally.

This means your internet or something relating to your connection (like your router was rebooted) went out and you lost connection to the server, then didn’t regain connection within a certaint ime.
