when firing the Hellwing Bow with holy arrows

Any screenshots or videos showing the bug
Stars tend to linger on the screen for a few minutes and can potentially lag the game. It goes over the projectile cap sometimes. The stars don’t move at all.

@MrSandwich I’m pretty sure this is due to the weird modified velocity, right? I don’t remember why it had that velocity, but it might be easier to just ban it if it was a problem for some other reason
