Hammush Buff, and Add Creative Shock

[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Hammush can be served as a good alternative to melee anti-rushes that already exist, and it’s less precise than the bubble gun

I really hope that I can use this weapon, tired of using the spear.

On the other hand, I want the Creative Shock to be added to every player so that they cannot escape the arena, and so that using Hammush won’t spam you with messages.

Creative shock won’t be added in PvP, there’s already too many buffs, the simplest solution is ban pickaxes while a player is on pvp

btw Creative Shock doesn’t work if DD2 isn’t active
