[Q1] Provide the Ban link or if none, the reason
Link: (Edit: It’s In Phase and i didn’t manage to get a Screenshot of it Sorry) I didn’t know that it’s possible to get banned whilst adding Suplerbz back in Phase

[Q2] Did you break the rules knowingly?
I didn’t know about rules like that.

[Q3] Do you think your Ban was fair? If not, please provide a reason.
I think it is because Suplerbz was removed in phase for a reason Though I didn’t know bout him getting removed in Phase was done by a staff

[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Because i didn’t mean to do that and I won’t do it again.

They were infact removed by a Staff Member for a reason. I would advise you to leave it up to Staff to add someone into the main discussions if they are not in them, in case they were removed by Staff. Hopefully, I can address this problem in the future so that it doesn’t happen again.
