i created the account to play and when i typed /login on the server it said i had to wait a day lol

is the reason you have to wait is modders/hackers creating alt accounts?

maybe, I don’t know if that’s one. It’s mainly because 50% of people on the server just come for free items 
. All those accounts takes up serious space, so they made it so you can only register if you’re actually going to be visiting the server longterm.

Yep. It used to be much, much too easy for players to just join Survival and instantly cheat in whatever items they wanted, so it offered at least some protection against that… for a time, anyways. I think that was the original reason?

no. user space is really cheap. it is actually to prevent modders/hackers

User space/data is just text/sql databases right?

Something like that, we don’t store a huge amount of data per user(excluding Loadouts and other stuff)
