Buff the defense by 2, making it 23 defense.

Just to make sets that use Gi more viable, and make them somewhat more competitive with other high damage hybrid kits.

Its a very cool chest alternative, since not many armour pieces offer melee speed, so it makes more hybrid sets viable.
