forgot my /login password to get into surv.. uh anyway to reset?
Update: I changed my character’s name so maybe that has something to do with it?? idk

Your account is bound to your character name. The character you’re playing on must be the same as the name you created the account on, and having multiple accounts is forbidden. So the only option is the use the usual character name you use and login there.

If you’re playing on the same device, then yeah, renaming your character should fix it.
However, since you forgot your password, I would recommend requesting a password change via cooperation with one of the @account_managers.
