They’re a mobile player probably.

Many PvP players are keen to implement i-frames to PvP since “laggy” mobile players can hit multiple times with a projectile, seemingly insta-killing because of this. So rather than doing over 250 damage, they inflicted ~100 damage 6-5 times within the second or less in which you touched the projectile.

Projectiles like the one created by Betsy’s Wrath and the Death Sickle are conducive to this effect.

ik its not exactly something he can control if thats the case, but he still admitted that he knew the bug existed and basically abused it, so hes breaking the rules anyways
