I could be wrong but, map builders have the ability to change things about weapons though I am unsure about armor. Although… I’ve never heard of this spectrum armor…

It worked like 2w ago when i was playing and there were no updates meanwhile
You may not notice its healing because how fast it is and hard cap on healing 40 hp/sec
