Fix Shadowflame Knife

Shadowflame Knife would function very similarly to it even if the velocity is lower/higher than the default.

Well, yeah. But Magic Dagger only exists in its current state because Shadowflame Knife is constantly broken.

Magic Dagger:
Buffed across the board to allow for similar performance to shadowflame knifes (when they function properly anyways)

If there was a consistent fix found, I wonder what would happen otherwise?
