No. I don’t believe I broke any rules, instead I believe the ban occurred due to a glitch or someone else exploiting/cheating

No - I don’t believe I did anything wrong. I was playing Zombies, when suddenly chat was flooded with error messages (something about portals), and then my game crashed. When I tried to log in onto the server, I had already been banned.
[Q4] Why should we unban you?
Because I wasn’t banned fairly, and I believe I was banned due to a glitch or some other reason. Also I love Zombies.
