Emerald Staff

[What would you like specifically changed about it?]
Damage buff (Around 60) and extremely high velocity buff

[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
This would make it really similar to 1.3 Heat Ray, and be another mage viable option for mid-high range besides Heat Ray, Shadowbeam & Laser Rifle

Wait, how fast does it fire to compare to any of these?

Diamond Staff will be accepted because I like its projectile color more :slight_smile:
