I submitted an appeal to get unbanned from the game server, but 8 hours before getting a response, my DTP account no nickname was also banned. I haven’t committed any new infractions over the past 7 months, and all multiple accounts were deleted back then. Could you please clarify the exact reason or specific rule under which no nickname was banned?
Due to a logistic error, all alt accounts were disabled except for that one, but was supoced to be disabled as well from DTP since the start by the same reason

Due to the rules you broke, it was meant to be a server ban and a DTP services ban as well, which applies to all accounts you own, and as well (for obvious reasons) any new/future account you make, as this is effectively same as ban evading
You need to separately appeal for DTP to be unbanned, As the appeal you made was so you can access the server (mainly because DTP appeals are taken differently and/or by someone else most of the time)
Regarding the ‘logistic error,’ could you please explain why the account was left active for the past 7 months if it was meant to be disabled? Since it was an oversight on the administration’s part, I was under the impression that the account was allowed to remain active.
Also, I have been unable to find any information on how to file a separate appeal for a DTP account. Could you please guide me on the correct procedure or provide the format for such an appeal?
Lastly, I am concerned about my progress. Since you now claim that I have been using the account unauthorized for the last 7 months, does an approved appeal mean that you will reset all the progress I have achieved during this time?
Quite litterally the person who handled that forgot to do it

So when you posted the appeal and i had to check the conditions to handle it, that was brought up again , and then was done as it should have done back done
Post an appeal like normally on the Terraria Server > Ban Appeals category, and instead of adding a ban link, add on Q1 “DTP services” or something like “disabled account”
These cases are scarce and uncommon, so there is no formal “Procedure” or “Protocol” , so this is something that i don’t know how will be handled and result in at the end
