I tried that before but it said I couldn’t make a lobby, maybe it will work now that iI have crew.

Probably because making new lobbies is disabled.

Ok, so then how do I join one of these?

It used to be that you could just use /j z -r or /j z -e or /j z -hc, then if the game senses no lobby of that type, it creates a new one.
If this is correct and you can’t make any new lobbies, then it’s impossible to access them.
