He’s using a modified Client. Since when does Confetti spawn from a bullet hitting a wall?

A party bullet is crafted from an empty bullet+confetti. On impact, it cretes confetti that spears all over. Obviously, you don’t know much about terraria, and you should not make anymore reports until you completely know the basic projectile effects, weaponry, and such. Furthermore, you should know what mod client is if you are going to report someone.

There is a buff for melee that produces confetti.
