Discord - Make the self assignable roles to reaction roles and move raven bot reminders to separate channel only visible when having vote role

Make the PVPer/Zombie/Vote roles reaction roles in info channels and make that when having Vote role you can read only then a channel #vote-reminders where Raven bot pings you. That makes Raven Bot interrupt less the general chat.
