Disconnected- Access denied

I keep joining the server with no proxy or VPN yet i keep getting disconnected, anyone have an idea why?

when i went to try this I was no able to access it

The exact message says “sorry, you can’t send a message to blacklist-helpdesk.”

NOTE: Some users report being unable to message the helpdesk, this is possibly due to the TL1 PM requirements, which means you need to read posts until you get a notification that you are TL1 (Basic), and then try to message the helpdesk.
