I think I got Denied because I was pranking people by spamming. That probably the reason, but It never says the reason why in my app.

Also, it’s not nice to make private chat public, even if it’s something bad about the server. It’s like the moment when the teacher calls a kid(Darya) to go to the blank board, they do all well but one mistake, the teacher(Rofle) doesn’t see, but one classmate(Raz) says that they did something wrong, so they won’t get a 10!! Or A… You’re not perfect, Raz, you made worse mistakes, but you still got helper, so don’t sabotage others after what you’ve done! :v I don’t say that you don’t deserve to be a staff, but your mistakes are still bigger.

It’s rather important when they’re applying to a [i]Staff position/[i].

They’re trying to gain power (not necessarily a bad thing by itself). But if they dislike the place they have it on, do you expect them to do a good job with it?
Especially regarding the third image, this shows a lack of ambition towards the DG Helper position. I highly doubt they’d be an effective Helper when they don’t even like the server or its community.

Cannot say I approve of revealing private conversations, but when it’s something like this, it’s hard for me to ignore it.

And also, Razor’s “mistakes” were of a completely different nature not relevant to the Staff position, and he even acknowledged and apologized for them.

Yes, that conversation was private, but I couldn’t let something like that get unnoticed by anyone. I think the higher staff members deserved to see those images. And Vic, technically you were explaining why Darya deserves to be a staff member more than me, but lol ok.

Well In my opinion if you’re going to post something like that it should be a full screenshot of your full conversation should it not?

For all we know you could have spurred her on to do that, granted she hasn’t come on here to defend herself which is odd but, in all cases if you’re going to reveal something like that it shouldn’t be just a cropped/selected parts of it. And it shouldn’t have been posted to the public you should have pm’d it to a staff member. I don’t understand the necessity of posting this publicly unless trying to get back at them indirectly.
