the reason i was banned from the server was because i griefed the spawn base and i am very very sorry

There is a format for ban appeals that you have to follow: https://dark-gaming.com/thread/format-ban-appeal.10

(Copying the example will not increase your chances of being unbanned, make your own appeal while following the format).
