this means that the person here likely already has an active appeal, but has done the common mistake of misplacing their “quote the rules you have broken” reply here.

i expect their reply to be removed soon so i'll just include a screencap for future context

But why can I still view ban appeals? It cannot be private if I can see them.

They’re confused. They are not private, the category is just unwatched by default so it doesn’t appear in latest topics

Any Griefing as small as 0-15 blocks, collectively including all grief found, is not bannable, but the player will be warned.

Most commands are allowed in PvE. With exceptions:

• /buff, /permabuff - you cannot buff yourself with the following:
  Rapid Healing
  Dryad’s Blessing
  Any of the Nebullas and their tier
  Cerebral Mindtrick
  Life Drain
  Holy Protection
  Feral Bite
  Werewolf
