You cannot transfer /sitem-modified items out of /specialitem dimension.

You can create special items in Zombies (gamemodesb dimension). I think what Glasia is trying to say is that you can’t make or move them to Build. Special items will be deleted from your inventory if you leave Zombies or Sitem.
