#1 Hacked Clients [or Modified Clients]

All types of modified clients that deviate gameplay functionally in any way from the original Terraria client is forbidden; this also includes using 3rd party programs, such as Inventory Editors, to modify your character to possess impossibilities. They probably had them given to them. Also, they said tier 2.

If T2 OOA was done only 1 time then 12 players had to give them all of the reward (to buy the ooa armor and the sentry staffs). Or one had to do 55 times tier 1 OOA (- the 25 def. medals from T2 OOA)(or 15 players 4 times and give all def. medals to the reported player which is unrealistic that many give the same item to the same user).
