Crew dissapearing, not letting me use my steam account to reclaim my crew

Every time i try and re-get crew,

Any screenshots or videos showing the bug
I sadly don’t but an explanation is like. my steam says i already have crew, and i don’t. and today i just redeemed 2 credits to get my crew back, and i left and rejoined the server and i no longer had crew. it’s been like this ever since i first got crew and i genuinely don’t know what do to??
