Context menu options should not be avaliable (Phase, UI)

What: Context menu options “ban” and “kick” should not be available for users without permissions.
How: unknown (probably no check for user permissions)
Replication:

  1. open context menu while logged in with user account which does not have permissions to /kick and/or /ban
  2. observe

Footnote: clicking subjected options places a text in messaging box for user to finish input. I had not tried if those would work because i do not have right to kick or ban players. I am not taking risks here
