Currently, google scrapes ban appeals because ban appeals can be seen by logged out users.
People can also gather information by just simply searching random things
People can also find random ban appeals by simply searching it up on the forum in just two lazy clicks.
So my idea for this suggestion is to hide it from people who are logged out of the forum.
To do this we can change the required trust level to @trust_level_0 Set category visibility to "logged in / signed in" - Support - Discourse Meta
There is a minor issue with that, being that some topics may get locked out without a category change first, like How to Appeal Your Ban, and maybe the quoting tutorial or etc, perferrably into Important Information
This change will also help reduce harrassment in some cases
