How are people warned? Is there a command like /warn used? Or are the dm-med about their warnings? Or the warning is spoken like “First warning!”
I know that people are kicked/banned via command.

Technically /void is not illegal but deceptively telling people to do so is. That said I do ignore messages that go like this:
type /void to get kicked from the server
However, messages like this
do /void (not)
Might grant you a 1/3 warning
I just kick them and note down the warning
