The shirt was purchased off of Teespring. The link does still exist, it’s just nonfunctional now.

Indeed they are. On the left is Lord Shaxx, the Crucible Handler within the universe of the Destiny franchise. On the right is a Guardian, of the Warlock class, being played on the account Camellia. Said account is the alternate account of the highly skilled community member CammyCakes, a content creator who had originally made that account when Bungie had put out a promotion for anyone to get Destiny 2 for free and worked with his clanmates to create accounts that hadn’t spent a dime on the game for DLC but had the same strength in PvP as accounts with access to all content within the game.

The above is the YouTube video that was the culmination of all the work put in up to that point and is the last time that Cammy had shown off that account on his YouTube channel. Several parts of it are outdated, but I guesstimate that just as many parts if not more are still relatively accurate, and above all, it shows the basics of what Cammy had to overcome on this free to play account to compete. Though, it can be a bit hard to keep up with all the Destiny terminology for new faces…

I just read this manga yesterday, and wow. . . the latter half of this manga is crazy as fuck. Qualia the Purple is a pretty obscure light novel that has a manga adaptation. I’ve yet to read the light novel, but damn, the manga is wacky.

The manga is about a special girl with purple eyes who sees all humans as robots and her friend (the main character). In beginning, the manga starts asking all sorts of philosophical questions while in a slice-of-life school setting for the most part. The first half of the manga is pretty outlandish in its own way, but the second half was insanity incarnate.

There second part starts pondering about perspective and observation, quantum physics, parallel universes, etc. The main character bends the rules of time and space, and lives through thousands of lives. She experiences different lives of alternate versions of herself, and eventually experiences the lives of many different people. She lives a billion years and forgets the concept of who she was, eventually discovering the theory of everything. Nearing the end of the manga, she becomes an omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent deity - it’s mind-bendingly wild.

I’ve reviewed a few analyses of the story and read some comments and reviews, and I’ve come to the conclusion that the story is about observation, individuality, and perspective.

In the second half of the story, something terrible happens, and the main character tries to fight against this fate. But no matter what she does, her friend keeps dying. The main character goes on to communicate across different worldlines and realities, bend time and space, experience the lives of countless different people, and literally become all-knowing and all-present. Nevertheless, she can only view the world as herself. Through billions and trillions of years, she claims that she has forgotten the school-girl she once was, but she can only be herself. Her friend - the one with purple eyes who sees humans as robots, the one who succumbs to a terrible fate, the one who the main character is so desperately trying to save - is the only one who controls her fate because she is the primary observer of it. Although the main character claims to have lived the lives of many different people and versions of herself, she is only acting out their roles as she perceives them to be. She can only view the world from her perspective as herself, and because of this, her tremendous efforts were all futile. She can never see from the perspective of her friend who sees humans as robots, and she has no power over her friend’s destiny; but by being herself and supporting her friend, she can encourage her friend to make the decisions to that will ultimately change fate. She never needed to become god; she just needed to be herself.

A central topic, Geolindrag says?

…I actually don’t have any good ideas for formation of a central topic that would quite fit into CF, so here’s a horrible one, in the form of the Discord emote :thickdonaldduck:, ripped from the partnered Sk1er Discord and was originally added to said Discord as their April Fools’ prank. Every person on the Sk1er Discord staff team as well as all of the developers and members of Sk1er LLC that I saw had changed their profile picture to this and their Discord nickname to “thick donald duck.” The bots were unchanged, but the staff team had gone through the thousands of users in that Discord and were doing their best to change the nickname of every single one of them to have “thick duck” incorporated into all of them. I survived that, uh… I’ll call it name purge, I guess. I survived that name purge, but all I saw throughout the rest of that day and for a few days afterwards in both the main and Support Discord servers was “thick donald duck” in every chat as the staff members and Sk1er LLC members were participating in chat more than usual amidst the chaos. The member list? Thick Donald Duck. The general channel? Thick Donald Duck. Even the server itself wasn’t safe, renamed to “Thick Donald Duck Discord” for the day and the server icon changed. The server did keep its Discord Partnership, thankfully, because I thought it would have been absurd for the server to have lost its status due to a name confusion as a result of April Fool’s Day.

Well, this post was always meant to be the spirit of #off-topic so yeah that can fit. if i was there, i would change my name to have a Thick Donald Duck pun and then remove it after the Name Purge.
