Dude you have to be crew first. To become a crew member, go to DTP.

Yep, you gotta verify that you own Terraria through Steam before you will ever be promoted. And as far as the application itself, I don’t think I can +1 this. The spelling and capitalization is very poor and inconsistent, and it doesn’t look like you reread this even once.
