Buff the velocity from 21 to 32 (about +50%)
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Saber is a fun alternative to FD with the higher damage but less projectiles, but atm it barely passes through most islands and doesn’t go that far if you’re accelerating forward, making it pretty useless whereas things like SE, Tune, and FD all have this property to some amount

I would like to have this weapon be semi-meta
