Why does he need 1 cobalt ore randomly?

And the fact that he has fish in general makes him a hacker, because no one fishes in terraria

It is unrealistic to gather all of the following in 70 hours:

  • 999 Lead ore
  • 999 Tin ore
  • 999 Amethysts
  • 984 Rubys
  • 833 Silver bars
  • 4 stacks of fish

Its impossible to get 999 fish in one stack at all (as i remember)
