Occasionally, when something is caught via fishing (i.e fish, crates, quest fish), it auto-deletes and goes bye-bye from the inventory.

Trouble with Fishing Loot?

Fishing isn’t fully implemented. If you find fishing to be unreliable then you need to ensure you do not trigger either of these two conditions:

• Picking up an item while reeling in
• Reeling in when the bobber is very close to your character

These conditions will cause your fishing loot to be deleted. If you avoid these two conditions, you should never have any instance of fishing loot being deleted. Let others know of this information until fishing is properly implemented.
