Please, make one of the existing arenas to have all the rails cart dashable.
Or at least fix /warp duel3 which has cart dash, but there is a death region issue so this arena cant be used really
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Some people, including me, want arenas to have cart dash, but due to balance reasons the cart dash is removed. Why cant we have a separate arena with cart dash for people who want to use it though?
