Firstly, this is not the right category for appealing a ban. The right category is #terraria-server:ban-appeals .
Secondly, this is not the proper template for a ban appeal. The topic How to Appeal Your Ban explains, how to appeal a ban.
When you create a new post in #terraria-server:ban-appeals a template is provided that has to be followed.
