Vortex beater

Buff its damage by 2 or 3

[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Vortex beater would be a surprisingly effective weapon in mixed kits if it is buffed, allowing it to compete with the likes of laser rifle and heat ray’s mid-range dps.

[Anything else you would like to note]
The vortex rocket projectile currently has a 400% damage buff and 220% velocity buff, allowing it to almost always hit vortex beater’s damage cap. It might need to be rebalanced if vortex beater’s max damage is changed instead its base damage.

One reason why Vortex Beater is bad is because randoms usually spam with weapons like that. Someone has to control their full power ;-;

simply buff beater’s max damage to abuse the rocket’s 236 base damage

Jokes aside, Vortex Beater is a bit hard to balance since it has such a wide spread, if it were too good it would be annoying to fight against and right now it’s arguably the worst ranger weapon out there, i think a minor buff like this is a good idea, and i don’t think the rocket needs to be rebalanced.
