Increase base damage by 10-15, and give it a 110 damage cap

Vilethorn as it is is just a slower, shorter range version of Crystal Vile Shard, and yet CVS does more damage. Counteracting that by giving it 95-100 base damage would give it some value.

Buffing Vilethorn would fill the niche of very tricky but very rewarding anti-rush weapons.
