Add 4% damage to all stats to helms
Increase Helm Defense from 22 → 26
Increase Boots Magic damage from 8% → 11%
[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Palladium isn’t very good right now, even with the set bonus buff in play, it’s still statistically worse off than pretty much any other kit for any other purpose.
With ALL of these changes in play, there are many hybrid kits and full sets with higher defense, more damage, or even some with both, meaning the rapid healing has to pull extra weight, which I’m not 100% sure if it does!
