Velocity changed to 15-20 and all damages imcreased by 10

This weapon is rarely seen in PvP, and giving it a velocity and damage buff makes it more viable and compete with mid-range weapons suck as the Chain Guittines, Chorophite Partisan, etc.

Would want it to be buffed more or less based upon feedback or if it acts like a mid-ranged bad sniper rifle if velocity’s too high.
