Grenade Launcher

[What would you like specifically changed about it?]
Buff its velocity from 10 to ~25-30 and damage from 60 to 65, maybe ~70

[Why do you feel that this change is needed?]
Grenade launcher with velocity buffs could act like a ranger-oriented daybreak, as ranger has very unique weapon options available

[Anything else you would like to note]

Grenade Launcher is not viable as a Daybreak alternative due to the bouncing.
It’d work as a ranged Staff of Earth, which is something we don’t want.
